Roadmap
Status: Not decidedStatus: Planned (programme)
The release plan advances through gates, and these docs establish no launch date.
| Phase | Intended outcome | Gate before proceeding |
|---|---|---|
| Foundations | Legal wrapper, approved agreement and Autonomy Charter. | Counsel and owner decisions complete. |
| Complete software | The software on Solana and Monad, with independent reviews. | Implementation, review and deployment readiness established. |
| Closed pilot | A controlled participant pilot. | Earlier release gates met and participants eligible. |
| Open market | Broader participation as the applicable lockups end, with additional chain work as approved. | Pilot and release conditions met. |
This ordering comes from the brief's release plan. It is intent, not a statement that any phase has passed its gate. Current decisions require all build stages to be complete before deployment; the docs remain local or protected preview material before launch.
Humanathon is the planned first public programme. Whether its qualifying Fellows replace the earlier pilot cohort remains undecided (Q-112). No participant count, chain announcement or date is inferred from that open question.
Provider selection, real-world agreements, deployment evidence and independent review remain separate dependencies. Known limitations describes the current baseline, while the programme calendar uses the approved announcement rule.
